Chris Williams

Chris Williams joined Publicis Media in the summer of 2018 as CEO of Publicis Media Exchange UK, the unit responsible for the group’s media activation of £1.5B+ billings. Heading up the team of investment specialists covering all media, Chris works closely with PM’s agency brands, bringing client strategies to life through smart activations. They negotiate market-leading rates with media owners to ensure clients stay ahead of the competition. The extensive client portfolio spreads across every vertical and includes P&G, Asda, Visa and Samsung.

Previously Chris spent eight years at IPG based in the US. He was the Global President of MAGNA, the centralised resource that developed intelligence, investment and innovation strategies for agency teams and clients, utilising insights, forecasts and strategic relationships to provide clients with a competitive marketplace advantage.

Chris also served at IPG as the President of Global Partnerships, constructing strategic alliances with companies such as Google and Facebook that encompass media, data, technology and innovation.
