Dallas is Chief Commercial Officer of JCDecaux UK, the brand-first digital media company that is the market leader in Out-of-Home advertising. A member of the UK Board, Dallas is responsible for the national sales team and for strengthening client and agency partnerships in a constantly evolving marketplace.
Dallas was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in July 2018, from his previous role as Commercial Director, as position he had held for 2 years.
With a strong commercial background, Dallas is playing a key role in the implementation of a new impressions-based trading and delivery platform, as JCDecaux sets out to become a top 5 digital media company and moves to a more automated model of business.
He is passionate about creating a brand-safe environment for clients, championing the BranDO charter that sets the standards for accountability, viewability, measurement and transparency in digital Out-of-Home.
