Since taking a life changing decision at age 28 to leave her career as a management consultant and travel across India on an elephant, Caroline has been committed to building a global movement on inclusive business to build an equal society for the 1 billion people in the world with a disability.
She set up Binc with the intention of collaborating with some of the world’s leading organizations on what she calls “The New Green” – the new business imperative for success – Inclusive Business. Her most recent campaign in partnership with One Young World - #valuable reached 810 million people.
Caroline is an adviser, mentor, board member and international speaker. She believes that she has the ability to really connect with people through her personal story of coming to terms with her hidden disability and turning that perceived “weakness” into professional and personal success in a relatable, funny, humbling and deeply meaningful way.
