Richard is Creative Director of Therapy - an award-winning, independent creative agency. The last 8 years of his life he has help brands realise their potential in the form of standout, category-defying creative globally.

Richard is a big advocate for diversity, standing as a board member of PrideAM, which is the advertising & marketing industries first LGBT+ organisation. Created to remove LGBT+ prejudice from the work place, to advocate fair and accurate representation of LGBT+ people in communications and help support all of the community within this industry. Richard’s role is to monitor, review and feedback on the current state of LGBT+ content within the advertising sector, offering guidance, help and support in an attempt to improve and celebrate brands who are including more authentic diversity in their creative output.
