Lucy Litwack is one of the most experienced executives in the lingerie industry, with over 20 years' experience in the lingerie and retail world managing the brand strategy, creative design, technical direction, product development, merchandising and marketing categories of a multitude of luxury and commercial brands.
She has been CEO of Coco de Mer for the last 6 years and led an MBO of the business in 2017.
Under her leadership, Coco de Mer has grown from a niche business to become a global luxury brand. Significant changes include the launch of own brand products in multiple categories, new lingerie collections, and brand collaborations as strong drivers of creative evolution, business growth, and industry innovation.
Prior to Coco de Mer, Lucy held positions at La Perla, New Zealand based lingerie business Bendon and Victoria's Secret.
Underpinning Lucy’s goals for Coco de Mer is a deep belief in championing women's causes.
