Victoria Brooks

Victoria is a strategist specialising in the development of sustainability stories that inspire change. With over 20 years in the communications industry, Victoria has led brand strategy teams on both sides of the Atlantic in advertising agencies including Ogilvy, Fallon, BBH and Naked Communications, working with global companies and NGOs on the creation of integrated marketing campaigns. Victoria began her own consultancy in 2006 with agencies, brands and NGOs, meeting the rising sustainability agenda with unexpected creative solutions.

Victoria was the 2019 Vice President of ad industry women’s organisation Bloom, having been Head of Programme Strategy in 2018. Victoria conceived of and curated Bloom’s 2018 and 2019 Achieving Your Potential and BloomFest events, aimed at tackling the most taboo barriers to women's success in the communications industry, including ageism, classism, sexual harassment and mental health.
