Graeme Douglas

Graeme is co-founder and CSO at Bountiful Cow, a strategy-led media and comms planning agency. He has a unique industry background, having held senior roles as both a creative and a strategist at both media and creative agencies, including many years at Wieden+Kennedy London. He’s also a loud voice and advocate for mental health awareness - especially at work - having experienced first-hand both illness and recovery as part of his diagnosis and ongoing management as Type 1 Bipolar.
