Alicia Eva

Alicia started in football career in 1996 back at Auskick down at East Malvern Football Club. As a junior, Alicia loved the game and jumped at any opportunity to play.

Alicia has had a stellar career in AFLW; she is the recipient of many awards including Collingwood’s runner up best and fairest, AFLW’S players player and GWS Giants’ best and fairest medal all leading to being named in the AFLW Virgin All Australian team.

Alicia currently plays for GWS Giants in Sydney as vice-captain, and is building on her coaching credentials working within the mens program at the Giants. Whilst juggling her football commitment Alicia is actively involved in the commentary space, working for Channel 7 and calling games for Melbourne’s sports radio station 1116 SEN.
