Josh Glick

Josh Glick, Executive Vice President – Director of Penn District Leasing for Vornado Realty Trust, is responsible for over 10 million square feet of Vornado’s Class A office portfolio and spearheads the leasing strategy and is the transaction lead for office leasing at PENN 1 and PENN 2. Josh has been the lead executive to reshape THE PENN DISTRICT into a fully amenitized campus, working with each amenity partner from deal execution to the curation and launch of each discipline, resulting in 140,000 SF of amenities at PENN 1 and an additional 40,000 SF at PENN 2. Josh also led the repositioning of The Farley Building, an early 20th century post office facility, into a best-in-class creative office hub, resulting in a 730,000 SF headquarters lease signed with Meta. Recent leasing transactions include a 425,000 SF renewal of Madison Square Garden Entertainment at PENN 2 and new leases with Samsung, Canaccord Genuity and Empire/Anthem at PENN 1.
