Brad Zizmor

Brad Zizmor and Dag Folger launched A+I in 1996. Classmates at Columbia University, Folger and Zizmor built an agency practicing integrated design - a unique approach to solving client challenges that unites strategy, architecture, and brand expression.

For over 27 years, Brad has worked at the forefront of innovative architectural design spanning workplace, residential, retail, and mixed-use development projects across the United States and abroad, including THE MART and PENN 1 for Vornado Realty Trust, and The Gardens at 780 for Nuveen Real Estate.

Since its founding, A+I has grown to be an internationally renowned agency with a diverse practice. Brad serves as an advisor to A+I's clients and takes a 30,000ft view of key partnerships, ensuring that A+I delivers on an exceptional creative standard, and that our clients receive the very highest level of service.

Brad is also an inductee into Interior Design Magazine’s Hall of Fame.
