Rachel Herbstman
Rachel started her career on the agency side focused on efficiency and performance-based buying. As her passion for data-driven initiatives grew, she pivoted to Modi Media and subsequently one2one/Cadent where she built and led the Platform Analytics group focused on Advanced TV attribution and solution development across all categories. Now overseeing the Data Innovation team at Ampersand, Rachel is the leader of a team at the intersection of the largest media portfolio with the most comprehensive data footprint. Herbstman engages with high-level brand and agency marketers daily to understand their issues and pursue solutions. She is passionate about translating data into powerful and effective storytelling, enabling advertisers to truly understand the impact of their media investments. Rachel lives in NYC and appreciates all the excitement that the city has to offer. While not at work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and traveling to explore different cultures.
