Melissa Furze is the Senior Global Director of the Customer Science Organization for LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions Business. In addition, she leads the B2B Institute, a think tank funded by LinkedIn. Across her career she has worked with brands & large multinational corporations across ASEAN, European, Australasian and US markets. In her current role she leads a global organisation made up of Insights Analysts, Researchers, Technologists, Thought-Leaders, Advertising Effectiveness experts, Solutions Engineers, and Content Solutions Consultants.
