Sarah Kleinman

As Vans Vice President and General Manager of Global Digital, Sarah Kleinman is responsible for technology, digital commerce, data, insights, and user experience for Vans consumers and associates.

Further driving the expansion of Vans global digital business and ultimately the brand’s hyper-digital consumer-first mindset, she is instrumental in supporting the brand’s digital transformation and pivoting the organization to think and act differently through creating tools that improve team efficiency, workflow, and market impact. As part of her role, Sarah oversees digital commerce, data & analytics, UX/front end development, consumer insights and consumer experience for the brand globally. She also works closely with digital marketing to enable a seamless/signal led journey for consumers.
