Dane Mathews

As Chief Digital Officer of Taco Bell, Dane
leads enterprise Digital strategy and
consumer transformation including
experience design, media, loyalty, customer
relatonship management (CRM), commerce, and consumer insights. His team leverages Taco Bell’s cultural leadership and digital capabilities to deliver holistic, powerful brand experiences that create lasting connections with consumers.
Prior to joining Taco Bell, Dane spent 15
years in marketing, merchandising, media,
digital commerce, analyics and transformation at some of the most well-known brands including Caesars

Entertainment, Target, McDonald’s, and
Conagra Brands. Dane resides in Oak Park, IL with his wife Marlene, their 3 sons, Dane, Miles, and Jaden and goldendoodle Frida.
Dane earned a bachelor’s degree in
electrical & computer engineering from
Carnegie Mellon University and a master’s
degree in strategy and marketing from The
University of Michigan’s Ross School of
Business.
