Kaitlyn is well known for representing the voice of the consumer and protector of the brands R/GA serves. With over 12 years of strategy and brand planning experience, Kaitlyn works with leading Technology, Sports and Lifestyle companies to help them transform their business and connect with new audiences. Notable clientele include Google, The XFL, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Electronic Arts (EA) and Reddit.

She was the lead strategist on Reddit’s ‘Superb Owl’ campaign that won Creativity Awards’ 2021 Idea of the Year, and spearheaded the rebrand of The XFL and its 2022/23 launch. Her work has also earned awards at nearly every major creative and effectiveness competition, including Gold at Effie Worldwide, Grand Prix and Gold Lions at Cannes, and Golds at One Show.
