Rachel leads strategy and innovation for brands like Booking.com and Unilever, advising how to use media & tech to reshape society for good. Recently, Rachel launched the first mainstream, large-scale project to improve autism’s representation in media with Getty Images and Hiki called #AutisticOutLoud, a library of self-portraits of diverse autistic people. She also recently led research on the state of bodily autonomy in the US & the role of the private sector in protecting reproductive rights.
A respected industry thought leader, Rachel’s insights have been featured in Ad Age, Adweek, The New York Times, Campaign Magazine & more. She has been honored as one of Business Insider’s 35 Under 35 & Advertising Week’s Future is Female award for her creativity in media.
As an autistic woman, Rachel is a content creator to advocate for neuroinclusion. Rachel has over 90,000 people in her community across platforms because of her unique perspectives as a creative leader who is autistic.
