He has worked with PepsiCo, The Kraft Heinz Company, Bumble and UN Women as well as being the Global Brand Director at Unilever for its male-focused brands Dove Men+Care and Axe/ Lynx. Now Managing Director of New Macho, a strategic division of London-based brand and transformation company BBD Perfect Storm, Fernando is passionate about helping organisations redefine & remove stereotypes around masculinity in their brand communications.
