Meghan Johnson

Meghan is an experienced global marketing professional, who has a track record of driving business growth for brands and agencies by connecting the right minds to design the right solutions to deliver brilliant, results-driven work. In her current role as the Head of Consumer Experience & Media for Mondelēz International (MDLZ), Meghan leads multi-functional teams responsible for the creation and execution of end-to-end experiences across the MDLZ portfolio of brands throughout the Americas region.

Previously, Meghan was the global Head of Agency Ecosystem responsible for unlocking the potential of partnerships across creative, media and production, including developing the MDLZ DEI agenda to better reflect consumers in-front of and behind the camera today. Prior to MDLZ, Meghan worked at Publicis Groupe in various roles with stops in London, Shanghai, Barcelona, Paris, Dusseldorf, Milan, Johannesburg, Moscow, and San Juan.
