Jessica Begley

Jessica Begley is the VP of People overseeing Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Communications, Internal Events and an ESL program at Very. Very is a fully-distributed IoT engineering firm with employees spanning 10 countries, partnering with clients to build systems for smart manufacturing, smart energy and utilities, consumer electronics and connected wellness. Before Very, Jessica was at Bloomingdale’s for over 11 years serving in a variety of HR roles, including performance, compensation, recruitment and as an HRBP. Jessica earned her master’s degree in organizational psychology from Teacher’s College, Columbia University. She resides on the Upper West Side with her son, Hudson.
