Megan Liberman is Senior Vice President, News, Talk & Entertainment at SiriusXM, where she oversees all original and partner channels in news, politics, entertainment, comedy, business, health, spirituality and more, as well as SXM original podcasts and digital talk programming. She is also an independent director on the board of Lee Enterprises and sits on the nominating and governance committee. Before coming to SXM, she was Vice President and Editor in Chief of the Yahoo News Group, overseeing Yahoo News, Yahoo Finance, and the Yahoo homepage. Prior to that she spent 13 years at The New York Times, most recently as Deputy News Editor for Digital Development, overseeing a portfolio of online properties covering politics, health, media, and parenting and working as the anchor of TimesCast. She had previously been deputy editor of The New York Times Magazine and the magazine’s first-ever digital editor. She graduated from Barnard College and the Columbia School of Journalism.
