Chelsea helps brands translate their positioning into cultural impact, working to drive business results through empathy and ethical problem-solving.
Over the past 10+ years, she has collaborated with writers, designers, technologists, UX, and marketers to future-proof businesses through customer-centric solutions, from advertising to service design. These businesses include Complex, NBA, IBM, Expedia, Netflix, Google, Mercedes Benz, and Dairy Farmers of Canada.
She is the founder of the pat collective, the former Program Director of Miami Ad School's Strategy Boot Camp, an instructor, APG mentor, and a volunteer for multiple local organizations. She is also a persistent student (currently Sustainable Production, Mini MBA, and wines 101) and a member of multiple ‘very cool’ clubs (book, cookbook, podcast, music).
