TJ Lim is Head of Client Digital Platforms & Strategy for the US Private Bank, responsible for clients’ digital experience with online and mobile tools (eg JP Morgan Online) and further unifying the client/advisor experience. Previously, TJ spent over a decade leading digital teams in the wealth management space. He started his wealth management career at the JP Morgan Private Bank as a banker associate, launched and ran the UBS Digital Lab & Factory, and developed a new client app and client welcome experience for Goldman Sachs. TJ earned his BA in Sociology from Yale, MS in Analytics from Bentley, and MBA from The Wharton School at UPenn.
He is a passionate advocate of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and has been named by Yahoo! Finance as a Top 100 Ethnic Minority Role Model and a Top 100 Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Role Model. He represents JP Morgan on the Asia Society Organization’s Tech Council and sits on the board of ReachingOut MBA.
