Cathy Muldowney

For over a decade, Cathy Muldowney has been pioneering innovative solutions in the ad tech industry to build and scale emerging media channels. As SVP of Programmatic Sales at Clear Channel Outdoor (CCO), she is responsible for generating the company’s programmatic revenue across the U.S. In her role, Cathy works closely with brands and ad tech partners to implement programmatic out-of-home advertising campaigns and drive private marketplace (PMP) adoption and programmatic revenue.

Since joining CCO in 2017, the company’s programmatic revenue has continued to grow as her team integrates its programmatic solution into the greater media buying ecosystem. In 2022, Cathy was selected as an honoree for the Top Women in Media & Ad Tech Awards presented by AdExchanger and AdMonsters.

Prior to joining CCO, Cathy has a 14-year track record of driving revenue in various roles for Microsoft, Foursquare and Factual. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
