Bill Rouhana, Chairman and CEO, expanded the company into entertainment by initially producing Chicken Soup for the Soul TV shows, buying movie acquisition company Screen Media, followed by the acquisition of Crackle, and most recently completed a $350 million acquisition of Redbox — including their streaming service and 36,000 kiosks.

The company is in hyper-growth mode, aiming to become a $1 billion streaming company in the coming years.
