Michele Prota

As Chief Talent Officer & Global Board Member at Forsman&Bodenfors, Michele Prota designs working environments where people can do the most transformational work of their careers. After spending over a decade working in Talent for multibillion dollar companies, global advertising networks and small tech-led creative shops, Michele is acutely aware of what drives creativity, employee happiness, business growth and profitability.

Michele has landed coverage in outlets around the world, including Campaign and The Drum, and has been featured in AdWeek where the parental leave she designed was coined the ‘Gold Standard’ by The 3% Conference. She is a contributing webinar leader for the 4As, quoted in the AEF’s most recent research on classroom education for marketing and media students, and is an active founding member of the Inclusive #100. In addition to her extensive Talent and Human Resources experience, Michele is a certified ATD trainer.

She has previously held leadership roles at The Barbarian Group, J. Walter Thompson, and Merrill Lynch. Her most important role though, is played during the off-hours where she is mom to bobby + sonny and wife to an incredible human.
