Kari Marshall

Kari Marshall is vice president of media and customer relationship management for T-Mobile, leading the company’s media strategy across all lines of business.

Since joining T-Mobile as media manager in 2005, Kari has developed an award-winning media team focused on data-based optimization. Managing CRM deployment and operations, she’s played a critical role in T-Mobile’s Un-carrier transformation as the fastest-growing wireless company in America – continually bringing the brand to life for customers in creative and strategic ways leveraging audience data and analytics.

Prior to T-Mobile, Kari worked at Publicis Media and Wieden + Kennedy. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration, marketing major, from University of Montana.
