Sam Garfield

Sam Garfield has spent the last fifteen years at Discovery Inc focusing on financial systems, process improvement and data analytics. Sam is currently the Vice President, Data Strategy and Advanced Audience Platforms, providing leadership on the data strategy and roadmap for Engage, Discovery’s advanced TV product. Discovery’s programming reaches 3 billion cumulative viewers, who together consume 54 billion hours of Discovery content each year. Prior to Discovery, Sam worked at BearingPoint, AOL Time Warner in International Finance and Arthur Andersen LLP. He has received a Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
