Bill Tucker

Bill Tucker joined the ANA in February 2017. His responsibilities include overseeing the ANA’s Data/Technology Practice, ANA Measurement Practice (Measurement For Marketers) and the B2B Practice.
He has a 30-year-plus career in agency media management with recent trade association experience. As executive vice president at the 4A’s, Mr. Tucker led the media and data practice, industry initiatives across media, digital and measurement, and was responsible for member relations for the media and data professional community. His last agency position was President of Global Client Management for Publicis Groupe’s Starcom MediaVest Group, where he worked for nearly 15 years through 2014. Bill was CEO of MediaVest from 2007-12; prior to that, he was President client management and agency operations. Before Publicis, he was executive vice president media director at N.W. Ayer & Partners and held leadership positions at North Castle Partners, Chiat/Day and Saatchi & Saatchi New York.
