Nicole Cosby

Nicole Cosby is the SVP, Media Tech Standards & Partnerships for Publicis Media Exchange (PMX).

After receiving a BA in International Relations and Economics from Tufts University and then going on to receive a JD from Howard University School of Law - an attorney by trade, Nicole began her career in entertainment law, first representing musicians and serving as in-house legal counsel for music labels such as Def Jam Universal before moving on to the fashion industry where she focused on licensing and business affairs for labels such as Donna Karan, Anne Klein, Ralph Lauren and Jones Apparel Group.

After eight years working at AOL focusing on ad tech partnerships and policy, Nicole formed the foundations for what would become a rewarding and successful role at Publicis Media. Today, she leads the development and on-going management of global programmatic ad tech partnerships for the Publicis Groupe and its agencies, overseeing a team of 10 employees who are responsible for the active contract negotiation and management, product roadmap strategy and alpha/beta opportunity development across 150+ global Publicis ad tech partners.
