As product leader for Oath’s audience targeting systems, Joran manages a diverse portfolio of technologies shared by Oath’s supply and demand platforms. His organization focuses on four areas of strategic investment: X-device Identity, Audience Segmentation, Activation, and Analytics. The team’s primary directive is to leverage Oath’s unique data assets and partnerships to deliver advertising products that consistently exceed customer expectations for performance, reach, and insights.

Joran brings over 12 years of ad tech product management experience to Oath Ad Platforms. Through his career at AOL, Millennial Media, Jumptap and Monster he has launched numerous first-to-market solutions with a focus on intelligent and aware ad delivery. These include cross-screen reach and attribution, predictive algorithms for performance, location based targeting, look-alike modeling, In-market/interest predictions, and dynamic creative.
