Tascha Rudder

Tascha Rudder is the Executive Director of the Endeavor Foundation, the social impact/philanthropic division of Endeavor, a global leader in entertainment, sports, events, media and fashion.

The Endeavor Foundation’s mission is to make often neglected issues a consistent part of today’s cultural conversation. Rudder and her team do this by leveraging Endeavor’s vast capabilities, access and expertise to create employee-driven pro-bono programs and projects that increase awareness and funding for social impact partners including UNICEF, Southern Poverty Law Center, Everytown for Gun Safety and NRDC.

Rudder also serves as an advisor to many of the company’s clients, including Pharrell Williams, Charlize Theron, Ryan Reynolds, Lilly Singh and Gigi Hadid, helping to develop their philanthropic profiles and strategies and grow their existing non-profit organizations.

Endeavor Foundation’s services for partners and clients include but are not limited to: high-profile talent and brand alignment, content creation, licensing, event integration, cause-marketing campaign development and fundraising development.

Prior to Endeavor, Rudder was Vice President of Business Development at FEED, a social enterprise whose mission is to “Create Good Products That Help FEED the World.” Every product sold has a measurable donation attached to it and, to date, FEED has provided more than 100 million school meals globally through the United Nations World Food Program and Feeding America. Rudder’s work included identifying and developing partners including Clarins, Disney, DKNY, Gap, Godiva, Links of London, Pottery Barn, Rachel Roy, Target, TOMS, Tory Burch and Whole Foods for co-branded product development and programmatic opportunities.

Rudder has lived in and traveled extensively throughout Southeast Asia and Africa, working with beneficiaries of the UN’s World Food Program, UNICEF and USAID aid and relief.
