Manjiry is Global CEO of Gain Theory - a global marketing effectiveness consultancy - and one of the Top 20 Women in Data and Technology. Manjiry’s guiding principle is to deliver actionable recommendations from data and insights to drive business growth.

Her 20-year career spans client-side business intelligence roles at Penhaligons and Debenhams; and senior leadership roles within WPP. Manjiry is an industry advocate for balancing magic and logic; supporting diversity of thought; and championing marketing as an engine of growth for businesses.

Manjiry holds a bachelor’s degree from London School of Economics and MSc from University of Warwick.
