Jennie Alexander

Since joining Johnson & Johnson Vision Care 2.5 years ago, Jennie has helped shape the eCommerce strategy and drive key eCommerce initiatives such as building best-in-class moderation for Ratings & Reviews, creating a first ever eCommerce strategy for product launches, and delivering a toolkit of assets and content for selling online.

Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Jennie spent 11 years leading eCommerce teams at The Esteé Lauder Companies. As Executive Director - Global Online she oversaw the e/m-commerce businesses and online strategy for a portfolio of brands including Origins, Ojon, Darphin and Lab Series. Jennie was responsible for the vision, strategy, execution and performance of their branded sites and retailer partner web sites shaping both the online and omni-channel consumer experience. Jennie consistently exceeded sales & NOP goals by developing proven and innovative customer acquisition & retention strategies, commercial programming and driving functionality launches and site innovation. Jennie also served as the online team lead for the company’s venture division; managing the transition of newly acquired brands by measurably expanding their online presence.

Jennie spend the early part of her career at the consulting firm C-Bridge Internet Solutions, where she helped clients create award-winning B2B and B2C internet solutions. Jennie is a Graduate of Tufts University School of Engineering with a degree in Ergonomics / Mechanical Engineering.
