Lukas Derksen

Entrepreneurial, zealous and insightful, Dutch native Lukas now calls New York City his home. 

In 2000, as co-founder and Creative Director at Usual Suspects, Lukas pioneered the experiential marketing agency in Amsterdam, pushing the boundaries of entertainment and advertising while exploring their intersections. 

With Sid Lee's push into experiential marketing, Lukas’ experience - which included over 200 brand experiences in more than 10 different countries - made him the ideal choice to lead this practice in Sid Lee Montreal. At Sid Lee Montreal Lukas challenged world-class brands like adidas, Cirque du Soleil, Dom Perignon and Red Bull to step outside of their comfort zones, leading globally recognized work such as the redesign of the adidas Originals brand as well as the adidas All In campaign.
