Kim Sater

Kim has been with Mary Kay since 2005, leading global teams in Market Research and Strategic Intelligence prior to joining the US market team in 2010 as Director of Consumer Marketing. She and her team are responsible for social media, advertising, public relations, content marketing, MaryKay.com and Consultant Personal Websites, email marketing, product catalogs, and other Mary Kay print and digital marketing tools. Before joining Mary Kay, she spent most of her career with Lee Jeans, where she served many roles, including VP of Brand Marketing and VP of National Accounts, handling JCPenney. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a Masters in International Business from the University of South Carolina. She is actively involved in volunteer work with Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas and leads the Executive Board for the KidSwing Golf Tournament, benefiting the hospital.
