Jennifer Falk, Senior Marketing Analyst, Global Content Strategy & Distribution, Mattel Creations is responsible for the development and execution of on- and off-channel marketing activations and promotional strategies for YouTube content across Mattel brands worldwide, including Barbie™, Hot Wheels™, Monster High™, Ever After High™, Thomas & Friends™ and American Girl™. Jennifer oversees YouTube channel management, analytics and reporting for more than 20 YouTube channels across the Mattel brand portfolio, which distributed 2,500 minutes of brand content and saw more than 4.8 billion views in 2015. Prior to joining Mattel in 2014, Jennifer was responsible for developing social media strategies for clients such as General Motors at social marketing firm, Big Fuel, managed online advertising campaigns at Microsoft and earned an MBA from Fordham University.
