Eliza Esquivel

Eliza Esquivel, VP Global Brand Strategy at Mondelēz International, is responsible for nurturing the $36 billion start-ups’ portfolio of high growth global brands. Her international team provides brand strategy and creative development support as well as thought leadership to the global organization. Eliza is a progressive thinker with a balance of classical planning, creative and integrated strategic skills accumulated across a range of global brands including Oreo, Coke, Nike, and McDonald’s.

Eliza is also a Board Director for The Advertising Club of New York.

Eliza has previously held strategy positions at TBWA/CHIAT/DAY, W+K, JWT and DDB. She holds an MA in Communication from the University of Texas at Austin.
