David Grant founded and is President of POPSUGAR Studios, the Video and TV unit of POPSUGAR Inc., the #1 independent publisher of original women’s content. POPSUGAR Studios is the leading producer of online lifestyle video for millennial women.
Grant joined PopSugar when the company acquired his VC-funded video start-up, Shopflick.com in 2010. Previously, Grant had a successful and innovative career in the TV industry. He founded and was President of Fox TV Studios, which he grew into a major studio producer of thousands of hours of scripted, reality, and documentary television programming around the world.
Earlier, David was COO of Tele-TV Media, the precursor to FIOS and U-Verse; and EVP of the FOX Television Network, where he oversaw the network’s business and content acquisition operations.
David has a J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Law Review, and a B.A. from UCLA, where he studied Political Science and English Literature.
