Christa Carone

Christa Carone is chief marketing and communications officer for the
Boston 2024 Partnership, which, up until July 27, was the organization charged with developing Boston’s bid, and the United States’ only representative city, for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. She led the effort to build Boston’s brand on the global stage and is now winding down the organization as the U.S. bid ramps up in LA. Prior to chasing Olympic dreams, Christa was an EVP at Fidelity Investments, serving as in-house marketing strategist for new business ventures and as EVP of communications and corporate affairs. Christa spent 17 years in increasingly senior roles at Xerox Corporation, most recently as chief marketing officer. She led global marketing strategy and initiatives that included all communication touch points across paid, earned and owned channels of engagement. Christa is known for offering marketing perspectives for the Forbes CMO network, Fast Company, Harvard Business Review and Ad Age.
