Cecilia K. McKenney is EVP/Chief Customer Officer, responsible for Frontier Secure, Marketing and Customer Service. Before this, she was EVP, Frontier Secure and Administration and was responsible for HR, Sales Operations, Corporate Communications/Public Relations. A member of the Senior Leadership Team, she reports to the CEO.
Prior to Frontier, she was Group VP of Headquarters Human Resources for the Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. (PBG) responsible for all HR functions supporting PBG's worldwide operations. Prior to Pepsi, Ms. McKenney worked for Mutual of New York and L.F. Rothschild in HR/Management roles. She has a bachelor's degree from Franklin & Marshall College and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist.
She is a member of The Leadership Council of Franklin & Marshall College and the Board of Directors of The Child Care Council of Westchester County, Inc. and was honored with an HR Leader Award at the 2014 Fairfield County HR People of the Year Awards.
