When Manny Vidal founded The Vidal Partnership, his goal was to build the most effective multicultural marketing communications firm, raise the bar, and make a difference in the marketplace. He believes that The Vidal Partnership should not measure itself by the “Hispanic Market” bar, but rather create work that will challenge the brightest minds at the C-suite level to earn their respect and business, and become INDISPENSABLE.

The vision to create a best-in-class agency has led him on a thrilling journey. More than ten years later, TVP is one of the largest multicultural marketing communications agencies in the United States.

Under Manny’s leadership The Vidal Partnership has been named: Advertising Age A-List Agency three times; Advertising Age Multicultural Agency of the Year twice; Advertising Age Five Star Winner; Adweek's Hispanic Agency of the Year and a three-time AHAA Creative Awards Best of Show winner.

Manny has been named one of the Most Influential Hispanics by People magazine, Podermagazine, and Urban Latino magazine. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ad Council, a Board Member of the 4A’s, a board member of Advertising Week, advisor to the New York City Economic Development Corporation/Media.NYC.2020, and a founding member of the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies.
