Eric Grubman

Eric Grubman is an Executive Vice President of the National Football League and the President of NFL Ventures Inc. He joined the NFL in May, 2004 as Executive Vice President of Finance and Strategic Transactions. In 2006, he assumed the additional role of President, NFL Ventures and other duties. He has served as CFO several times at the NFL, including during the period leading up to and through the recent negotiation with the NFL Players Union. He has also served as the executive in charge of Human Resources and Information Technology.

As President of NFL Ventures, Mr. Grubman oversees League business activities in the areas of Marketing, Events, International and Licensing. He also works closely with clubs on ownership transactions and stadium development.

Mr. Grubman is a former partner of Goldman, Sachs & Company. He is also former co-president of Constellation Energy Group, a Fortune 500 company located in Baltimore, Maryland.

Mr. Grubman graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1980 and served in the nuclear submarine service aboard USS Boston, SSN703.

Following active duty, he earned an MBA at the Harvard Business School in 1987. He serves on the Board of the United States Naval Academy Foundation, and he is a directory of Noble Energy Inc., serving on the Audit Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee.

Mr. Grubman and his wife Elizabeth Compton reside in New York City and Long Valley, New Jersey. They have two sons.
