Melissa Miranda

Melissa Miranda, Senior Manager of Cultural Branding at PepsiCo, is a key player in step-changing PepsiCo’s cultural fluency in order to elevate the organization’s ability to connect, respond and engage with cross-cultural consumers and create more valuable brands.
Melissa leads strategic efforts across business strategy, creative development and program executions, in close partnership with brand teams, to build brand relevance and accelerate volume growth with key cultural groups- with particular emphasis on Hispanics.
Prior to joining PepsiCo’s Marketing organization, Melissa served as business strategist in the Corporate Strategy Group, crafting growth strategies for PepsiCo’s Beverages & Snacks businesses in the US as well as advising PepsiCo’s global leaders on product & business expansions and consumer-driven innovation across Asia and Europe.
Before joining PepsiCo, Melissa worked in Strategic consulting driving business transformations in companies within the Consumer Products, Technology and Banking industries across the Americas.
An MBA graduate of the Wharton Business School, Melissa is a proud Latina - native of Peru, advocate of diversity and avid world traveler.
