Anne Valentzas

Anne Valentzas is VP, Affluent Consumer Marketing at MasterCard. She is responsible for the U.S. affluent strategy inclusive of the award-winning Priceless campaign. Anne provides leadership to a cross functional team to ensure fully integrated delivery of all consumer-facing marketing for the MasterCard portfolio of premium products.
Prior to joining MasterCard in 2012, Anne spent 17 years in luxury marketing across the retail and manufacturing sectors, including Richemont’s Montblanc, fine jeweler Bailey Banks & Biddle and 13 years with De Beers managing the iconic “A Diamond is Forever” campaign. Before that, Anne learned marketing discipline through account management positions at DMB&B and JWT working with CPG clients P&G and Pfizer.
Anne is the recipient of 6 Effie Awards for effectiveness in marketing, the David Ogilvy Award for Business Achievement and Adweek’s Best Online Campaign. She is an active member of the ANA’s Brand Management and Agency Relations committees. Anne recently published her POV on affluent branding in “Putting the Luxe Back in Luxury” by Pam Danziger.
Anne holds a Master’s degree from The Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University and a BA in Psychology from Fairfield University. She lives in Irvington, NY with her husband and son and is an avid runner.
