Richard Mashiter

Richard Mashiter is the Business Director at MediaCom managing the Mars UK confectionary portfolio. He has led the account for the past 18 months. He has worked in the media industry for 7+ years with clients such as PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Nestle, and Centrica, after managing nightclubs and music festivals in a past life. In 2019, Richard had the privilege of attending Cannes Lions after winning the OMD Cannes Lions competition.

Most recently, his work has focused on delivering campaigns that drive societal change, such as the Galaxy cocoa sustainability campaign and Skittles Pride partnership with Gay Times. He’s a strong advocate of MediaCom’s inclusive audience planning approach and delivering meaningful messages to diverse consumers, such as Maltesers’ Maternal Mental Health campaign.

In his spare time, Richard is a tennis coach. He is a travel enthusiast having grown up in France and studied International Relations & Development Studies at Sussex University.
