Lisa Cowie

Lisa Cowie has been at Twitter for 7 years and leads agency research partnerships. Ranging from thought leadership to tactical pieces, she and her team conduct studies with media agencies that drive and optimise strategy and planning around Twitter. She also manages Twitter Trends – an annual program that mines conversation data to surface cultural & consumer insights. Previously, Lisa spent 10 years at Viacom Media, with her most recent role being Director of Ad Research. Lisa earned a BSc in sociology and media from Loughborough University and also spent time as a post-graduate working at the Office for National Statistics.
