In this session...

What do you want to know from industry leaders when it comes to navigating a career in advertising, especially as a person of colour? This is your chance to hear from those who have tread the path before you in a series of ten minute speed mentoring meetings.

Sometimes navigating this industry as a person of colour can present unique challenges; mentoring from those who share these challenges can be a powerful source of advice and inspiration. You’ll be in small groups so the pressure won’t be all on you and it’s a great chance to connect with others in the industry. To empower you to take this advice forward the session will conclude with a short coaching session from Coaches of Colour - we often have the answers within ourselves to get to the next level, this is what coaching unlocks.
