James Satterthwaite

James has spent over 10 years at L’Oreal with a multi-functional career spanning Marketing, Digital and Commercial. After achieving record market shares as Marketing Director on L’Oréal Paris Hair, James became Head of Digital for L’Oréal’s Consumer Product Division in January 2020, responsible for driving the digital transformation of the division and its 5 mega brands (including L’Oreal Paris, Garnier & Maybelline) in the UKI; redefining the media strategy to embrace the digital & Ecommerce shift, scaling beauty tech and services both online & offline, and shaping content-rich Ecommerce plans by channel to drive standout & attract incremental shoppers.
