Jules Young

Jules Young is the Global Amazon Leader at Kantar, the world’s leading data, insights and consultancy company. Jules joined Kantar in 2007 and has used her expertise in retail marketing to unlock opportunities for clients all over the world.

Prior to joining Kantar, she was at P&G where she cut her “shopper marketing teeth” just as the “first moment of truth” was understood to be a critical touchpoint in the shopping journey. This moment is constantly evolving with the rise of omni-channel retail and her focus on making this as frictionless for shoppers as possible remains at her core. She holds a MA (Hons) in Social Anthropology from Edinburgh University, UK.
