Currently Vice President of marketing and communications at Mastercard for the UK, Ireland, Nordic and Baltic markets. Leading the marketing and communications organisation driving and protecting the brand across 10 diverse markets through consumer marketing, PR and media relations, sponsorships and supporting partner and customer marketing programmes. Nine years at Mastercard with a background in Telecoms and Technology brands, operating both brand and agency side in markets around the world within the USA, Asia Pacific and Europe regions.

Nicola has a particular interest in highlighting the value of marketing and brand to drive business objectives, uncovering the norms in modern day society to continue to drive equality and inclusion and finding the appropriate path in defining a brand that is culturally relevant, authentic and has true meaning.
